We want to sort agents by their current status in the Genesys dashboard report.

Folks have requested the ability to filter and sort agents based on their current status (e.g., "Not Ready") in the Genesys dashboard.

A screenshot of the desired functionality from Cisco was provided for reference.
Current Status:

The requested feature has been logged as an idea in the Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal.

The initial request was recorded under DARAR-I-2233, which has been merged into a larger request, DARAR-I-2090.

Genesys has confirmed that this feature is on their development roadmap, with implementation expected sometime in 2025.

As of February 24, 2025, this feature request has been moved to the "In Development" status.
Workarounds:

There are currently no direct workarounds within Genesys Cloud that fully replicate the Cisco functionality.

Users may need to manually review agent status information or explore report exports for sorting.
